  • While I can't speak about the food here since I haven't eaten at Gallo Blanco in over two years, I will say that my most recent stay at the Clarendon definitely involved several drinks from their wonderful little bar. Gallo Blanco has a killer happy hour and warm and welcoming atmosphere. It's a pretty hip and happenin' place on most nights, but is always casual and never too crowded. I like that you're able to take drinks from Gallo Blanco to virtually every part of the hotel. My most favorite place to savor and sip their tasty libations? Pool-side! What better way to unwind and get your drink on than to have a refreshing white sangria loaded with freshly cut fruit? A craft beer or their classic margarita do the trick, too. Friendly staff and good prices- a nice interlude to any Phoenix stay.
