rev:text	After wanting to go to a bakery for the longest time, my mother recommended this one, and I can see why!!! My girlfriend and I arrived at the Bertram Bakery (a little later than we expected due to the fact that the GPS took me to the center of the plaza and stated "You have arrived." By the way, for all future patrons that have the same problem, it is across from Ichiban, and on the corner!) and it was busy! There were pastries and deserts as far as the eye could see!! After deliberating on what to get, we finally decided: Sugar Cookie Chocolate Sugar Cookie Oreo Cupcake Cherry Danish Two Hard-Boiled eggs (supplying me with over 12 grams of protein!) My girlfriend enjoyed the sugar cookies and they were very fresh, they were not tough, and appeared soft and chewy. The oreo cupcake was delicious. The texture was not too moist, and at the same time not as hard as a rock. The whipped cream on top was fantastic, and even the mini oreo cookie on top of it all was fresh! The cherry Danish was scrumptious as well, being very moist, sweet, and good. Unfortunately, the hard boiled eggs did not meet my expectations, due to the fact that they were cold, wet, and shriveled up. Another small mishap was when we were handed our pastries; we were told to wait at the end of the counter and that the pastries would be handed to us; we did not know where to stand to receive our pastries due to the fact that there was no clear area, and when we did, it was handed through a small crevice between the pastry area and the biscotti glass jars. It clanged against the glass biscotti jar, but luckily nothing broke! I would highly recommend this bakery, and I will definitely return soon!!!
