  • I want to be up front: the property is not five-star. It's old, it needs some repairs, and there's a lot that's showing wear. But I'll tell you what is five-star here: the hospitality, the location, the cleanliness, and the comfort. The young man who checked us in last night was hands-down the friendliest, nicest clerk we've encountered on our trip. The location is also one of the best, being just five minutes from countless restaurants, a Walmart, a Starbucks, and more. The room, though on the old side, was clean and comfortable. For the price, this is a great hotel.
