  • I had been procrastinating on buying a new car because it's usually such a dreadful process. At Mark Mitsubishi of Phoenix it was easy, quick and painless. My interaction at the dealership involved Dylan (the GM), Bruce (sales), and Adam (finance). Everyone was helpful and patient throughout the process. They listened to my needs and showed me the vehicles I knew I wanted to look at. Then they suggested I look at one more car. Something I'd never even heard of or seen but they felt it suited my needs and wants and that the car fit my personality. They were right. And I bought it. Thanks guys for pointing out the Hyundai Veloster, I love it! Without hesitation, I would gladly return to Mark Mitsubishi of Phoenix for my next vehicle purchase and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family in the market. Thanks again guys for everything and for making the process easy!
