| - WARNING: Do not move here during the summer. Anyone who has experienced vegas summer whether, knows it's nothing to play with. When the average temperature is at least 100 degrees; air conditioning becomes a necessity. And when you're paying over $200 a week for a one bedroom, one would expect a decently cooled room. Not at this place. The lowest temperature my apartment ever got was 82 degrees, and that was during the early morning, when the temperature was the coolest. When the temperature rose outside, so did it in my apartment. There were times when the air conditioner in my room wouldn't surpass 90 degrees! I called the front office on more than one occasion to come and take a look at my air conditioner. At first, and they assured me that this was normal, and what was I to expect in such hot temperatures? Perhaps livable conditions? After my second call, when the temperature in my apartment become unbareble, they finally conceded, and said they would send someone to take a look. That person never came. That's when I decided to call around to a couple of other Seigal Suites around town, and they almost seemed appalled that I was living to pay in such ridiculously hot conditions. In the end, I ended up moving to another Seigal Suites property which was much more accommodating, and not only provided a room which was air conditioned, but if I wanted, could turn it into a freezer; not that I did, but you get the point.
