  • Horrible customer service. Specifically, the staff seems to get off on belittling customers who aren't expert plumbers. I went there yesterday for the first time and ill never go back. I personally watched the staff treat several customers in a very condescending way and I was amazed at how this behavior seems to be the "norm" there. I'll gladly take my business...and money...elsewhere where customers are actually appreciated.
