  • I had Jason come by to do a new home inspection earlier this month in February. At the time, he seemed to be knowledgeable, although the fact that he missed something that I had to point out and couldn't answer a question about HVAC should've clued me in on the fact that maybe I should be wary. We just had our final walkthrough and we had our general contractors with us, just to do some measurements. Within minutes, they pointed out a few things (rug was coming off at bedroom entrance and the microwave downstairs starts to spark and smells like burning when you start it). Unfortunately, we found out that since it was not included in the home inspection, we were no longer able to ask for those repairs before we moved in. Needless to say, we are extremely upset and will never recommend Pristine to any of our friends. Wish we had gone with Master Spec Inspections, which is $20 cheaper, btw. Very very disappointed.
