  • If you want to pay dealership service prices, go to your local dealership!!! Soon as I walked in to their 'showroom' lobby, I knew I would be paying for their facility. They did not fix my A/C because according to them it needs an A/C compressor. While waiting for estimates, I pulled up brand new A/C compressors for sale online for an average cost of $160. Their estimate is $1140!!! Seriously? That is over 7 times the price. I took my car in for 3 different issues; unfortunately, none was fixed. Instead, they played a scared tactic on me letting me know that my car is unsafe to drive because the wheels might fall out due to the guide arm bushings need to be replaced. Estimated cost: close to $1800. Yes, I do own an older vehicle, but the issue was never showed to me. I still ended up paying $258 for estimates when I was told it would be a couple of hours, it actually took seven hours.
