  • Got up this morning and once again no fan for the 2nd time in as many years to blow heat in my home. I've been with this company for quite awhile now but I'm starting to think the unit they replaced my 18 year old system with is an over-priced lemon. I paid 10k for a new system from them. It hasn't been installed more than 6 years and I've had 3 or 4 problems with it. Can you say rip-off. I guess now they're making throw away $10k heating & air-conditioning systems. Just like everything else in this country. All they seem like they want to do is sell, sell, sell to you as well. I'm looking for another company. Makes me wonder if the employees are writing the 5 star reviews here. I'm also tired of paying them $180.00 a year for their preferred maintenance plan as well. If the systems they sell you are so great you shouldn't need to buy their yearly maintenance. I shouldn't be having these problems on a system that's not that old either.
