  • My husband and I rolled in with two Mercedes that needed about $6K in work, total, and rolled out with two new VW's with 3 year warranties and free maintenance! What's not to love! Our sales person was very friendly and helpful. He answered all our questions and gave us plenty of time on the lot to fool around with knobs, levers, features and gadgets in the cars. We are very happy with our purchase, and the sales process was no different than what we had experienced at Mercedes, except we didn't have to rob a bank to get new cars! We have not had any major issues with our cars (Tiguan and CC) since we purchased them in June of 2009 and we are very satisfied with the quality of product (coming from a Mercedes ML500 and E500, that says a lot) that VW has put out.
