Despite spending roughly $19,000 on my wife's engagement rings at Brinkhaus, not even the slightest effort to help when I enquired about a replacement for my inexpensive wedding band. Apparently if there isn't enough money in it for them they just won't bother. Simple request really, can you tell me precisely what I ordered for my band since I have recently lost it, and what would the replacement cost be? This message sent by email (1st), phone call - where I waited on hold and then the line just went dead (2nd), and 3rd via the request page on their website. It has now been three weeks since the original request. I suppose there isn't much markup in a $400 tungsten carbide band, which you can buy online for about $20-30 for identical quality. But they were sure happy to get $19k for those wedding bands! Thanks Brinkhaus, greatly appreciate the customer service.
