  • They are incredibly unprofessional. I had to call 3 times and email 3 times before finally getting a response. When you pay for an application that's supposed to be processed in 48 hours, you expect a quick response. Clearly Taylor missed the part where I called and emailed a total of six times. Also I have an email stating when my application was processed and by the time I got ahold of them (yes, I had to reach out to them) it was longer than 48 business hours.
