  • This place is the WORST! the office support staff has absolutely NO CLUE. I swear they hire the dumbest people they can find. I ordered 1 item and received it plus two more in styles I would never order. Also only half of my prosthetic was given to me - what good is that? If you can go to any other shop, please save yourself the extra trips and use any another company. And any little customer service people who want to help me out with this, save your breath. I'm forced to spend hours making an extra trip and you can do NOTHING about it. I hope they get it right this time or this bad review will have good reason to escalate.
