  • Beware, very rude office staff!!! We paid $1200 to repair our pool heater. After the repair, technician could not start it and promised to return later. He returned 2 months later and finally started the heater. The same day I received an invoice which included $85 service fees. When I contacted the office to ask about the fee; the office employee (aka wife of the technician) was rude and told me that she is not not a charity organization and she is not responsible for my ignorance and that I am obligated to pay service fees,etc... After half of dozens of emails later, she threatened me with collection agency. After unsuccessful negotiation, her husband showed up at my house doorsteps demanding to remove parts that he had installed. After short discussion with my husband, he called him an ass..l and left. Last email I received was a threat that our heat pump warranty is voided and they are NEVER coming back.
