  • After having some pretty bad experiences at other shops I was SO not looking forward to my appointment at Suzanne's, my sister got her dress from here a while back and said we had to make an appointment because they / Suzanne were that amazing. When I walked in on D day it was like the universe slapping me and telling me to get my head straight from my poor attitude :) All of the girls in the shop were very friendly and professional as soon as we walked in. I was still in a mood when our parties attendant was asking me what "my vision was" and made me take time to think and explain - that in and of itself started turning my attitude around. She took the time to figure "me" out and ran off and started grabbing dresses. Every one she brought was my style. I feel bad I don't remember her name (that day was a blur), she was the sweetest girl ever and when I told her about my previous experiences and how I was feeling and apologized if I was being grumpy she just flipped everything and it was like hanging out with a good friend. I actually started having fun with trying dresses on and she was a whiz on helping me get them on and off and so on. She even played along once I was calmed down and having fun and let me try on some super fun crazy (to me) dresses and I started doing a fake runway show - she was a trooper and made the whole experience fun. I found "the dress" and it turns out it was one she really loved, she knew what I was going for and suggested another type of underlay and brought out the fabric and BAM. That was it. She nailed it within like, 4 dresses. I'm forever grateful to her. Suzanne even came out to say hi (that is a busy girl!) and shared in my happiness and was excited to see my sister, she is a wonderful person for sure. I was scared to spend money on a dress so I didn't get it that day - the fiance and my sister arranged some things and I got a surprise that they got me the dress a week later - the girl I spoke to on the phone when she told me and that I needed to start making fitting appointments was the sweetest and was super excited FOR ME and thought it was adorable what my now hubby and sister did, literally like talking to your good friends. That's the best feeling. The fittings went great and every time it was quick and painless and Suzanne would come out to say hi and make me feel like a princess. It was actually sad to have my final fitting because everyone in this shop is such wonderful people. I would recommend Suzanne to anyone looking for a dress - the selection is HUGE, the staff is AMAZING, my dress fit like an absolute glove and made the hubby cry, nailed it!
