  • This is by far the biggest rip off I can remember. Not only are the decor and animatronic animals totally dated, but between the screaming elephants every 15mins, booming thunder and crying toddlers you can barely talk. The plastic tables are childish and the wait staff is sparse and slow. Now, if that is not enough, the food is THE WORST I have ever experienced in a restaurant. I ordered some sort of salad that was supposed to come with seafood and chicken (the description sounded good from the menu). It arrived drenched in a cheap dressing with no seafood and then probably the most embarrassing thing I have ever seen, it was topped with a heap of Hickory Sticks from the bag, and a handful of those cheap Chinese crunch sticks. It was an indelible waste of $18!! Oh ya, forgot to mention how ridiculously overpriced they are. They charge $23 for an appetizer that wouldnt fill a child. And they close early too so don't bother coming after 7pm. I honestly don't comprehend how these people stay in business.
