Casey, interesting that you could respond so quickly to a yelp review, but for the 40+ days the rental unit was torn up, dusty, had exposed mold that had/has not been analyzed by a certified expert and the landscaping still has significant flood potential during the next heavy rain there was little to no response. As far as the HOA you represent the owner so you do have control over getting them to address the issue since HOA are controlled by the owners. I could care less what you charge the next poor person who doesn't do their research on your company and rents from someone as unresponsive as Waypoint. I'm writing this review so maybe I can help someone else get information about how unresponsive you are when one of your properties needs repairs.
