  • I'm so glad I found Amber! I turned 40 a few months ago and decided it was time to get my skin under control, especially when it was taking 3-4 months to get an appointment with my dermatologist. I am incredibly fair-complected, have had acne for almost 15 years, and have melasma. I scheduled an appointment with Amber after reading all the accolades and awards, but I was still nervous and a little embarrassed about all my skin problems. Amber couldn't have been more normal and understanding and helpful. She is SO SMART about skin, and I felt so comfortable around her at my first appointment that I just laid out all my problems, concerns, and questions. And she's had skin problems and figured out how to fix them, so she's great at empathizing and understanding what you're trying to accomplish. We've been doing facials and peels now for about 6 months - one every 2 months - and she has me on a whole new routine that works nicely with what my dermatologist prescribed. Even my husband and mother-in-law have commented on how great my skin looks. Amber never tried to get me to buy products; she even gave me a ton of samples so I didn't have to spend a lot of money. I wound up buying products, but it was only after I tested a few and felt like they worked for me. The salon is clean and beautiful, and it's always been really easy to book appointments and pay; I have the email receipt before I even get out to my car. They also run specials and hold informational sessions on different products, and I appreciate how their staff seems to keep up with the latest information.
