  • We have been going to this office for 4 years and had just a challenging time with our sons first set of glasses! The frame broke, the warranty kicked in but was on back order, it was replaced and then he fell and broke them again. Even though we were out of warranty they gave me a great discount on the 3rd replacement pair! I walked in, she popped the lenses out put them in the replacement frames and we were out of there within 5 mins! They are great and helped me out with this very active 6 year old who is on frame #3.
