  • I just purchased an MB E350 last week from iAutohaus after finding out about the vehicle through my local credit union's website. I was looking for a reputable dealer and had also heard good things about this place from the loan manager and the branch. From the moment I called to verify if the car was still in inventory until I drove the car off the lot, I was impressed. A day later, upon noticing a slight drift when I let go of the steering wheel, I called to tell them and they immediately offered to have the car aligned at their expense (even though it was not a safety issue.) I should have caught it before, and even though I didn't they did the right thing and fixed the issue immediately! That's service!! I had shopped around for a week and had visited 5 dealerships before I made it to IAutohaus; the level of professionalism, knowledge and not to mention straight forward discussions on prices I experienced was unparalleled to the rest. I would recommend both the sales and service departments.
