rev:text	I found my last visit here worlds different than my first visit. My first visit was amazing! I thought this was the coolest place with comfort food like you have never seen! It's like comfort food on steroids! The staff was peppy and bubbly, it helped create the whole experience; however, my last visit was quite different. The place was very empty, not jam packed and hopping like I had remembered. The staff seemed very uninterested in any incoming patrons, standing about gossiping, it seemed. Our waitress was very unenthusiastic and delivered very lackluster service. She may as well have been asleep. My husband, sneakily, mentioned to our waitress it was my birthday... She stuck a candle in my entree. Ummm..??? It was odd to say the least. It was definitely not the same upbeat hustle and bustle place I recalled. Our first visit, every staff member that interacted with us was so full of life and seemed excited to make sure patrons had a amazing experience. They seemed genuinely passionate about the customer experience. They definitely got you pumped up about the huge, amazingly prepared & visually astounding, portions of fatty food you were about to consume. The second visit lacked all of this. Our waitress probably would not have cared of we walked out... That stale. The food was okay, not as good I remembered. Honestly I would probably not return. It is an experience of you have not dined with them at least once. It is huge portions of comfort type foods with a twist, very cleverly crafted, like you have never seen. Your first trip, you will be wowed just by presentation. Hopefully the staff at this location will spunk things up a bit, not so walking dead.
