WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE RETAIL INDUSTRY
Seven customers in line waiting to pay, one cashier.
I observed on June 9, 2017 at least five employees walking around, overhearing one "Loss Prevention" loser telling another girl holding coat hangers how excited he was to be getting off work in 30 minutes.
While this was going on, Nisreen, the "manager" was at register #2 supposedly oblivious to the seven customers waiting to pay at the only open register #5. She deliberately avoided making eye contact with anyone in line. She was having a conversation with the girl doing nothing with those coat hangers. Think Nisreen could have directed the do-nothing girl to open another register? Go on. She was too busy "managing" everything except keeping customers served.
Ross has never been a desirable place to shop for me. The demonstrated behavior, attitude and competence of their employees is truly indicative of senior management philosophy.
