Cool atmosphere year round, but especially in nice weather when you can sit outside! The food is good... all your Italian basics. They do have a "gluten free" menu, but it's all cooked in the same oven (according to different servers on multiple occasions) so beware if you have a real gluten allergy.
The roasted tomato dipping oil they bring out while you wait for your meal is to die for. I'm usually not even hungry for the actual meal!
I've been here while there have been private events going on outside and it looked beautiful. Unfortunately, I've never attended an event here myself but I will keep it in mind as a great location!
