  • Do not rent here. The management is mean to the tenants and find it fun to pit them against each other by gossiping. A lot of the tenants here are not "dealing with a full deck" - I feel terrible saying this, but since it's cheap rent and there are no places for mentally disabled persons, this is an excellent place for them. The apartments are nice but the atmosphere is closer to being in a loony bin. You are better off in an all age community. Keep your sanity and stay away.
