  • RACIST POOL STAFF! ***You will not feel welcome if your are not white*** All the staff from pool staff to waiters in restaurants are rude to non causation customers. I don't think that the ownership and management have intention on this but when you choose 90% of the staff to be white, the culture will change as oppose to a diverse work environment. For example the staff at the pool are all white kids I didn't see any black or Hispanic among them and that is the recipe for failure. The pool staff kids followed my wife every time she used the restroom. I spent about $12,000 in the casino at one night and that is how they treat customers. For people like me that are from Los Angles, this kind of narrow viewed communities are unbearable and for that reason I will never go back to red rock when there are such a nice hotels at the strip and I advise you to do the same and let them own the desert!
