  • Husband landed in Toronto without his winter coat! Called the store and spoke with Cassandra in Men's. Although this store didn't carry very many of the items I saw online, Cassandra sent me pictures of what they had that was in the range of what I was looking for. Within an hour of paying for his jacket over the phone, she personally delivered his gift to the hotel he was staying. I called ahead to the hotel to give them a heads up about the delivery, but to leave my husband totally surprised. It worked! He was so happy and trilled that he didn't have to go out after 12+ hours of traveling just to buy a coat he doesn't even like. Saks is awesome, and imho, WAYYY better service-wise than Neiman Marcus.
