  • First off I want to say that this is one of the friendliest dealerships I have ever been too. No hassle and nothing pushy about the salesmen. I first walked onto the dealership just looking for a certified Cadillac ats that was advertised. I was greeted by Orrin Mullennax, he was extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable about cars, not just Cadillacs lol. He let me test drive the certified ats but my wife didn't like the interior size or the trunk size. We then test drove a certified Cadillac cts but my wife still wasn't happy with the leg room or the trunk space and to be honest neither did I. Then I asked Orrin of we could drive the Mercedes. I have to say the Mercedes was horrible but all the while Orrin stuck with us made us laugh and was extremely helpful. He then introduced me to the Cadillac xts certified. I fell in love, just the right size and tons and I mean tons of luxury. Orrin let me test drive the xts and my whole family fell in love. I had a Dodge charger that I was trading in and received a fair offer for my trade. Needless to say I feel like I'm worth a million bucks in my Cadillac xts and I have Orrin Mullennax to thank for that. He is without a doubt the best salesman I have ever come across and I have dealt with many. Cadillac of las vegas treated me like a VIP and then some. Next time I go looking for a new or used car they are first on my list. 10x better customer service than findly Cadillac and a better price. Plus their service department is state of the art and extremely comfy.
