  • Today I went in to get my watch fixed that had a pin pop out but was still in the watch. Me knowing nothing about watches, expected to drop it off, pick it up and pay for the service. The associate that helped me looked at my watch, told me the pin was still perfectly usable and it just came out, and fixed it there on the spot. I offered to pay for the service, and he refused, They now have a customer for life.
