  • My fiance and I began with the Brenkus Team back in June. They have been very accommodating and prompt through our entire "adventure." Three purchase agreements later we have finally closed on a property. The first we backed out of because we had second thoughts on the offer. The second we cancelled because after three extensions the sellers could not give us a clear title. The third was indeed the charm. Preston was always quick to setup viewings and workout the purchase agreement. Even when we were working on our third agreement, he was always patient and upbeat. Lesa was so helpful with taking us through the closing process. She answered all our questions and remained vigilant in the face of lackluster selling agents. We were very grateful to have them both working on our side.
