  • I took my son in to Every Kids Dentist which is part of this dental group and had no problems. Last week I took him in for an orthodontist consultation there. They gave me a referral for two teeth to be extracted and I scheduled an appointment there several weeks from now. In the meantime I took my son back to our former town on vacation and decided that I might as well take advantage of being near his old pediatric dentist who has been seeing him since he was one year old. So I booked the extraction with her but didn't plan on canceling the Phoenix appointment until AFTER the out of town one, just in case our plans changed. So the out of town office assistant messed up, had told me she would contact the PHX office for the medical records but she didn't. Ok, made me mad but mistakes do happen. So she called just now and we both were treated extremely rudely by Mark at Norterra Dental. That man has a huge chip on his shoulder!!!!!! So I'll never step foot in those offices again after receiving such rude treatment. Too bad because I liked the actual doctors. But a rude office staff is a show stopper for me.
