I dropped in to OTF because I was in town, needed a workout, and have been wanting to see what all the hype is about. OTFDP asked me to come in 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork and so they could explain the gym to me. The lady behind the counter got me set up with a loaner HRM and then Roman walked me through all of the stations. Roman checked in with me throughout the workout to make sure I didn't get lost and help me find extra equipment or modify the workout. He also took some time at the end of class to review my results with me, which I appreciated.
In terms of the workout itself-- it's a cardio-based workout, which burns lots of calories and leaves you sweaty. $30/class feels a little on the high-side. Although I have no plans to become a regular any time soon, I'd definitely drop in again. Especially at Dana Park.
