  • I personally want to thank the "excellent" service I received by Spay & Neuter. Now my dog is in heat and bleeding when she would have been fixed weeks ago. She did lie. You said she didn't, but you told me on the phone that she said to you that she told me I could go home while leaving my dog to be fixed. Since this was never said to me, isn't that called lying? Why, yes, yes it is. Or you think that I just LOVE taking my frightened dog via taxi (because I'm so rich) over to your office at 6:30 am just to have an argument with your staff over whether or not she had received her last shots all the while carrying about a shaking, crying, distraught dog just to go home again via taxi having not gotten her fixed? I'm not sure about you, but I surely enjoy spending my only day off doing this exact thing. I got loud. Damn right. It was 7 am and I was being told "Oh you didn't come to this office. You didn't get her last shots. I DID. I got them. YOUR staff is at fault. THEY entered the information wrong. Not me. YOUR staff didn't believe me when I pulled up my Uber receipts showing YOUR office. YOUR address. Okay, I paid in cash. So? I didn't know I would have to pay with card. This is more proof she called me a liar. What other reason would I take a taxi to YOUR office? You talk about my head not being cool? Hers wasn't. Otherwise she really would have suggested Loki stay and get fixed while I left. Not just that, she would have taken me at my word with my uber receipts. Also, there is NO law my dog needed all her shots to get fixed. I researched that, so it was absolutely unnecessary on her part to be so rude and act like she did. I'm done with your excuses. I have made it clear on all social media what a terrible place this is. OH and by the way, the day it was listed in your system as the day I was supposed to get her last shots (the day they claim I never showed) matches to an EXACT the date on my Uber receipts. So PROOF I went there. Also, who the hell goes to one office twice for shots and then goes somewhere totally different for the third only to go back to the same one for the surgery??!?!? GTFO here.
