I came here for the first time and I had never done Pilates before. I am in decent shape and honestly walked in thinking it would be a nice easy class. Boy was I wrong.
The room is large and has about 10 machines. The teacher gave me a crash course in the machine and it seemed easy enough to figure out. I brought grip socks just in case and I am glad I did. You need them so make sure you have a pair!
The different movements on the machine target all of your muscles at one point.
All of the women taking this class looked like ballet dancers and hopefully after a couple more classes I can too!
