Over a year ago my husband went to Bright Now Dental to have some work done. We paid the bill in full. Our dental insurance through Total Dental Administrators were to paid the balance. Starting this year we have been receiving billing for a remainder of $46.00 that TDA has not paid. Bright Now Dental is not asking us for the money but they keep sending us this bill. I have contacted Bright Now through the mail. Their response has been they have to do this since TDA has not paid the balance.
I have even contacted the TDA. They have chosen not to respond to my inquiry.I have filed complaints with the BBB and Dept of Ins regarding this issue.
