  • Went into store to schedule service, three days later still no word so I went in and they said oh well have someone call. Next day they schedule someone to come out. He comes out and said he would be back on Monday to fix the leak I expressed to him that I really wanted it done asap (losing a lot of water) he said absolutely Monday. It's Monday no call, so I called them and he can't come out till wednesday. He wasn't even going to let me know!
