  • So I can't judge their talent but I went in last evening to look for a new paddle brush as my favorite Aveda wooden paddle brush met its end this week... I walked up to the counter and there was a man standing so I waited and then the front desk girl just stared at me without talking...I said hi and asked if they had any brushes since I couldn't see any on the shelves I had passed. She looked at me as if I was crazy and told me no. As I walked out, I noticed a shelf with hair brushes on it in the corner by the door... I wouldn't go back for the brush or any of their services. Not very friendly...
