  • I'm very disappointed, my husband and I have been patients of Dr. Goates for years. I called to schedule an emergency appointment for a broken tooth and the best the scheduler could offer me was 2 weeks out. This is unacceptable and certainly not the care I have come to expect from this office. We called a dentist closer to our house with great reviews and they can get me in first thing tomorrow. I'm so disappointed by my experience on the phone today with the scheduler, there was no sympathy extended or a willingness to work me in to the schedule sooner. We have appreciated the care we have received from Dr. Goates but this type of service is unacceptable, we will not be returning.
