  • I would give this place 0 stars if I could. They cancelled my reservation since it was past 24 hours and wouldn't honor the price which is OK but when trying to make a new reservation she said there there are no cars. Then she finally agreed to give me the same car but said it would cost me more for less days. I looked up their online website and there was a better car for cheaper. I booked it and she said it won't be ready For another 2 hours even though I did the reservation for 15 mins from that time. I had already been waiting in line and dealing with this for almost an hour. She started getting rude wouldn't give me clear responses. I got annoyed so I booked online through Avis. Got 3 car levels higher for half the price I was originally quoted at budget and the wait in the Avis line was literally 5 mins in line and 5 mins to process and get the keys (I think I just got lucky there was a short line). It honestly depends on the employees though and that budget employee killed my trust in that budget location.
