This company has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. No one takes responsibility and everyone blames someone else for the problems they create. The first technician came out to fix the ice maker in our freezer that wasn't working. He said he needed to order a part and he could fix it. The part came in, but it took several weeks before the technician could come back out. A person was scheduled to come out, but he no-showed to the appointment. When someone else came out to install the part, that did not solve the problem. That technician stated that our Reverse Osmosis system was bad and the cause of the problem. He said he couldn't fix it until we got a new R/O. Because A and R does not do R/O systems, we had to hire another company to come out and put in a new R/O system. After that another technician came out and said that there was another issue, but he needed to have someone come with him to help him fix it. Another appointment was scheduled to which they no-showed as well. I finally fired them. Not only were they unable to fix the ice maker, but three technicians and two no-shows wasted my time that I had to take off of work to be there for them. A new company came out and saw the problem right away, it was an easy fix. This company is terrible, never again.
