rev:text	I have to update my review as I have recently used #1 for their air conditioning services. My upstairs air conditioner wasn't cooling, so I called #1 to have a look. They quoted $1540 to replace a bunch of parts that they said had failed, to do a leak detection, and to clean both units because I was told how dirty they were. Because the price was so high, I decided to get a second quote for comparison. The other company told me I had a freon leak and would cost about $250 to refill it. Because it appears that there is indeed a leak, the other company will also be doing a leak detection and fix, which will cost more but only a fraction of what #1 had quoted. They also said that the units look clean, and really didn't need a thorough cleaning. I've always thought their plumbing services were great, so I'm disappointed that their HVAC service didn't meet my expectations.
