Why a 5 star? I have celiac disease and the chef/owner accommodates for diet restrictions. He has gluten free pasta, which is very good, and I trust him to keep it separate. I have brought other friends and family with lactose intolerant, vegetarian, vegan and meat lovers. He cooks for everyone and the food is delicious.
My only observation is his staff can be so-so. We have had outstanding service and mediocre. Maybe a little more training would fix it but I'll keep coming back regardless.
