Hiro! I've been hearing great things about this place and I finally pulled the plug and dined here. Let me start by saying if you go during peak dinner hours you'll be waiting a good 30-40 minutes to sit down for a party of 2-3. They don't have much seating inside, but if you're patient it is worth the wait.
The service was on point from the moment we sat down. We met Mr. Hiro himself and he actually made our sushi! Very nice guy and very humble. Everything that we ordered was fresh and delicious. The oysters, the shishitou peppers, the king crab roll the caterpillar roll & to start a warm bowl of miso soup. They also have great specials to choose from. I'm a big sushi fan and this place earns its 5 stars for service, fresh sushi & great atmosphere.
