I went to look at flooring. After arriving I was thrilled with the selection, and pretty quickly found something I liked. First I stood at the counter for way over 5 mins patiently waiting my turn, meanwhile there are quite a few workers walking around. Noone acknowledged that we were even standing, not even to say I'll be right with you." We finally were being helped, gave them my information to have someone come out and give me an estimate. Easy enough right. Well, that was 9 DAYS AGO. I have actually called there, not once but TWICE since and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL. Needless to say that I have another company coming out to give me a quote, and I really don't care if it costs a little more. There is something to be said for CUSTOMER SERVICE, which Imperial knows nothing about. I guess they have enough business. This place is terrible. If this is how they think customer service is, I wonder how they install their floors..they will not be touching mine. AWFUL!
