I thought I already wrote a review but perhaps it wasn't saved. I would like to post pictures but I am not sure how. Anyway, I moved to Vegas from Texas in July of 2017 and while there were a lot of great thrift stores in Texas (Austin), I have not found too many here in Las Vegas. I decided to try Plato's Closet today because it was right next to the UPS store I go to. I was hesitant to go because I am in my 40's and figured the clothing would be too young but then again? I can fit into teen sizes and like to think I am hip and younger than my years ha! I went in and everything was very organized, the quality of the clothing was good and the place was not dirty or run down at all. It's the location off of Rainbow by the way. I tried on a few items and their dressing rooms were clean and nicely attended by the staff. The staff was friendly but not in your face annoying. I ended up buying a cute pair of black jeans for $15 and a really sweet scarf for $3. I would have spent more time in there but had to go grocery shopping but plan to be back. I signed up for their point system and the girl at the counter was very nice and professional. I am not sure why some of the reviews aren't positive but I like this place and will definitely be back. They had cute shoes there as well and I wanted to spend more time looking at the tops. Overall, really good experience. I'll keep you posted how things go - and if I can post some pictures of my buys!
