  • I have used Gold's for about 5 years now. Up until lately I had been very pleased with them. I had a membership before and I went to get another membership for 6 months and the manager gave me a price of $30 a month. I said okay because it was only 6 months. Turns out that a year later I found out the manager gave me $30 a month for 2 years. I was especially irritated since they are advertising $9.95 month to month now. So I ask the front desk at Stephanie if they could do anything. I was told to go to Eastern and talk to the manager that did it. Of course they also mention he is no longer with the company (how convenient?) Another tip to keep your customers is to keep the facility clean. The men's bathroom is atrocious. You can smell the stench through the entire facility at times. In a gym, the bathrooms need to be cleaned quite frequently throughout the day. You have failed miserably. Other Gold locations are much cleaner and I would recommend going to another. I gave 2 stars because this is the only golds around me with adequate space on the floor and decent equipment. Other than that you get zero to 1.
