The pizza is good not great.
The customer service is good and bad. It all depends on who you can find or run into. The waitresses were somewhat busy but definitely did not look happy to be working. I came here twice during my stay at GVR. The location is great. Doesn't get much better than in a casino.
They have late night happy hour which is awesome.
Too bad they don't sell any pizza by the slice after a certain time.
$5 for a personal pizza which is of decent size isn't a bad alternative.
$7 for a specialty personal pizza was a little high given the minimal toppings they add.
The truffle fries had good flavor but they were a little soggy. The menu said $3 but got charged $4. Not complaining but found that somewhat odd. Paid it anyways. The garlic bread was good. I ordered that my 2nd time visiting pizza rock. I could've tried it my 1st visit because they messed up and accidently brought a garlic bread to my table. I notified them as I didn't want to take someones order and they took it back and probably tossed it instead of offering it to me. It sat at my table for a good 10 minutes as it took that long to find someone to notify of the mistake. Oh well guess that's the way they handle those situations.
Would probably go back if I stay at GVR again due to the convenience of being located in a casino.
