  • My parents are visiting from Florida and are 'old school' when it comes to a lot of things, to include paying their bills. So, we came into this store to pay the bill without having a bill in hand, in hopes to have them pull up their account. Due to their U-verse service, they were not able to pull it up, but Jasmine went beyond customer service and picked up the phone and called their main office directly. Now most places these days would just tell us to call them ourselves and be done with it. Not Jasmine! She took charge, set my parents at ease and joyfully took care of the phone process. Jasmine is a star in this shop! Thank you young lady for your kindness and professionalism!
