  • Sean, the sales consultant arrived on time, and showed me all the Security Screen Doors and available features. Since, this door was to go on the backdoor on the carport, I didn't need a fancy door. However, they were able to come close to matching the front SSD in design for $200.00 less than what the high priced guy wanted. And, the hardware really surprised me. It's much fancier than what I have on the front SSD. So, I've made arrangements to have new hardware put on the other door. Josie, the office manager, was very helpful, and punctual in responding to E-mails, and phone calls. However, the reason I can't give 5 Stars is because I was told 6 to 7 weeks, and it took 9 weeks and 2 days before the door was installed. After installation, the inside door wasn't closing properly. But, the tech got that fixed without any problem. :) GREAT JOB, guys. It's been great to have both doors open to be able to air out the house, and get a nice cross-breeze without having to worry about bugs, or unwanted people, getting in.
