I finally got to go to bake code when there wasn't a huge line up and there was actually more than two croissants for sale. Woo!!
Location :
In the Hillcrest mall at the TD entrance.
Parking:
Mal parking so...Lots
Store:
It's a chattime bakecode hybrid. Small. A counter that you pay and order and a tiny are where you get baked goods. Like breads and croissants, things with dough. There's also a display with cheese cakes.
Food:
Pretty good. Everything is ok now the larger side. It's kinda pricey and it's only it's good quality (not vrry good or excellent) although the size is good.
Stock:
I guess you have to go when it opens to have all the stick in. I went at 2 pm and the store was about 1/4 full. But there was a creme brule bun that I bought that made my day.
Staff:
These guys were really enjoying each other's company. It was hard to get their attention so I can pay. I was seconds from walking away the when someone finally decided to help me. Also they didn't ask if I wantd anything to drink, which I thought was weird.
Thoughts.
Not sure if I'd go back. Well not specifically. Maybe in 8 weeks when I go back to the salon I may stop in. Or I may save my money and go to one of the better bakeries.
