  • Dr. Litchfied is very knowledgeable and one of the best endocrinologists I have been to. His medical advice and experience are excellent. Unfortunately his staff is intolerable. They obviously have no one training the staff to be considerate to the patients. You will be treated as if anything you ask is inconveniencing them. No one in this office will do anything extra for you on your behalf. Dr. Litchfield's assistant Tara is the worst. She is a moody, judgemental personality and should have gone into data entry so she wouldnt have to work with people. If you are desparate to get a good endocrinologist, and that often occurs here in Vegas, be aware that good endocrinologists are sometimes barracaded behind a team of unpleasant people that will attempt to roadblock good care at every opportunity. I have been to many doctors in Las Vegas, and as I am sure many of us know, the routine Las Vegas doctor office customer service can be pretty poor and can be frustrating. Multiply that experience times ten, and you will understand the culture at this office.
